Williams Associates (Southern) Ltd are one of the Island's Premier Building, Highways and Civil Engineering Contractors. We were established in 1996 and now carry out major & minor highways works, groundworks and domestic building works inc. extensions, alterations and minor repairs. We are one of the Isle of Wight Councils term maintenance contractors. Our clients include Isle of Wight Council, companies, insurance companies, NHBC and private clients. In conjuction with our parent company Crownpark Builders Ltd we also can offer large scale projects on the Isle of Wight.

We own a comprehensive fleet of vehicles and plant for our works and available for hire including road sweeper, bobcat planner, excavators, hy-abs etc. Give us a call for further details.

We have an ongoing training programme with many of our staff streetwork, CSCS & CPCS accredited.

We are ISO9001, Chas & Safecontractor accredited, we are members of the Isle of Wight Building Safety Association and we are registered on Constructionline.
